"I grew up in Greenville and resided here until moving away to college. Upon graduation, I spent a year abroad on a mission trip. I returned to the States and got married. Since 2012, I have spent time living in Charlotte and Boston with my husband and our fur-child, Henry. We just relocated back to the Greenville area last year, and I am thrilled to be back in my hometown! I am excited to serve and partner with you, as parents, to help meet the needs of your little ones."

"Upon graduation I went on a missions trip that really ignited a passion in me for the early learner. I worked with young children in multiples countries and saw what a vast need there is for intervention and education. I saw how these two areas could work hand-in-hand to lay the foundation for a child's life at such a young age and could, ultimately, pull them out of the cycle of poverty. That trip forever changed me. Upon my return to the states, I started teaching preschool and fell in love with teaching my students and educating their families, which spurred me on to pursue my master's degree.
I have taught in the First Steps program in Greenville County, which involves teaching preschool students in the morning and making home visits each afternoon. During these visits, I conducted an activity with the child, while educating their parents on how to incorporate more academics into their home. I absolutely loved it! It allowed my loved of teaching and children to collide with my love for people by forming relationships with their families. I am so excited about this aspect of Early Intervention! It is my goal to allow my previous teaching experiences and mission work to cultivate an environment that is compassionate, enthusiastic, and academically stimulating while working with you and your child."
