Katherine Evatt provides Early Intervention Services in Spartanburg county.

Katherine Evatt is a Supervisor with Tiny Feet Early Intervention, where she enjoys supporting both families and the Early Interventionists who serve them. She is also a wife and mom of two, giving her a personal understanding of the joys and challenges that come with raising young children.

She has a special passion for working with children with autism and families who need interpretation services. Katherine enjoys helping families understand their child's strengths and teaching practical, research-based strategies they can use during everyday routines to support development.

Whether she is working directly with families or mentoring Early Interventionists, Katherine believes the best outcomes happen when relationships are built on trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to helping children thrive. She values creating an environment where families feel heard, professionals feel supported, and everyone works together toward meaningful goals.

Katherine's favorite part of Early Intervention is partnering with families. She believes parents and caregivers know their child best, and her role is to provide guidance, education, and encouragement as families work toward their child's goals. She feels honored to celebrate each milestone alongside the families she serves and is committed to helping every child reach their full potential.

Background:

Katherine was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, but spent much of her childhood moving before her family settled on the coast of North Carolina. She later returned to Spartanburg to attend Converse University, where she discovered her passion for helping young children and their families through a relationship-based, family-centered approach.

Before becoming an Early Interventionist, Katherine's love for working with children began through years of caring for young children in her community. Those experiences, combined with her education and professional training, helped shape her passion for supporting children with a wide range of developmental needs. Today, she continues to combine research-based practices with meaningful relationships to help children and families reach their goals.
