Meet Samantha

Samantha provides Early Intervention Services in Greenville County.

I grew up in a small town just south of Detroit called Flat Rock and moved down to Myrtle Beach in 2008 with my family. I moved to Greenville in April 2021 because I wanted a change in environment and fell in love with the area. I have a 4 year old niece and baby nephew. They are the light of my life and when I am not spending time with them, I am hiking, reading, or watching movies. I am an animal lover and have a cat and a goofy dog.

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the College of Charleston

“I have always loved working with children. I knew I wanted to help families whose kids have delays or diagnoses, when I was diagnosed with a genetic condition in my early teens. I saw how my parents needed support and knew I wanted to serve families anyway I can. At the College of Charleston I pursued Developmental Psychology and was able to volunteer at MUSC Children’s Hospital. It was an amazing experience where I got to help children and families going through difficult moments. When I graduated, I was lucky to find Early Intervention and fell in love with it. I’ve been an EI for 4 years and continue to fall in love with it.”

Specialized Training:

  • BabyNet Part C Credential

  • First Aid & CPR Certified

  • Therapeutic Options Certified (Behavior Management)

We had the best experience working with Tiny Feet. Sam C. was our EI, and I cannot recommend her enough! She was so helpful, patient and loving when working with my daughter, and during their time together, my daughter made incredible progress in not only her speech, but her overall development. Sam became like family to us and we are so grateful to her and to Tiny Feet for giving our daughter the tools to help her thrive! Highly recommend!
